Isochronic Beats

So now that we've discussed binaural beats, it's time to talk about isochronic beats. As you know, binaural beats have two tones with a slightly different frequency. Isochronic beats consist of a single tone that is spaced out to create the "beat". The biggest difference between the two is that isochronic beats do not require the use of headphones. This is great news for a lot of people because it allows them to listen to the isochronic beats in situations where headphones wouldn't be possible.

Many people have had an easier time getting the results they wanted from isochronic beats compared to binaural beats. Since headphones are not required, this allows people to lie down in bed or meditate while listening to the beat. I have had great results from listening to isochronic beats while meditating or before I go to bed.

There are many different places to find isochronic beats, but most of them want to charge you a ridiculous amount for a single track. My personal favorite source for isochronic beats is Iso-tones.com. They provide a variety of tracks with different frequencies and no cost. I have had results from the "Void", "Sleep", "Nirvana", "14 Hz", "Lucid Dreaming", and "Chakra Balancing" tracks. These are completely free and available to download. There's nothing to lose, so take a look and find something that is interesting to you. Feel free to share you experiences in the comment section below if you try any.

Yes they do work for me actually. It doesn't always do what the title of the tracks state. For example, if I listen to "Astral Projection" I don't necessarily have an astral projection. However, I do feel a change throughout my body. It makes me feel weightless and I occasionally get closed eye visuals. It takes some time to train your brain to react to these frequencies.

It's been most effective for me when lying down in a pitch black room while listening to the isochronic beats.

You really have to let yourself go, for some reason I always get some sort of fear over my body when it starts to kick in.
This is legit though.

Bomb has it right. It is a very strange experience the first time you have results from isochronic/binaural beats. Usually the first sign that it's working is a vibration throughout your whole body. Your first reaction would be to fight this off, but if you let it go, that's when you really get to experience what it's all about.

I've tried binaural before and it was hit and miss, some tracks having cool effects and others being duds. The link you posted made me feel a bit light headed, but nothing too noticeable. still very interesting stuff.
